- Docplanner (2024–2025): M&A opportunity analysis for EHR + AI products, sharing knowledge and insights with product teams
- Assertiva (2019–2020): Reorganized 45 developers into impact-focused squads, coached PMs, Tech Leads, and CTO in experimentation culture, led platform redesign
- XP Health (2019): During my three-month sabbatical at Stanford University, I worked closely with the XP Health founders to launch the first version of their vision-care platform in the US market (XP Health has raised over USD 55 million in the following years)
